Your support from us

The success of the Prontaprint Franchise has always been based on the talent and commitment of the people we attract, combined with the quality of the support we offer. To begin with, a five-week intensive training programme covers all aspects of centre management and operation, as well as giving you a solid technical grounding in the key services we offer.

Dedicated support team

With over 60 dedicated staff. This is one of the largest teams available in any Franchise organisation. They’ll help with everything from centre location and acquisition to shop-fitting, equipment sourcing and installation, supplies and consumables, and sales and marketing.

The training and support continues throughout your time with us, including expert assistance from dedicated technical, IT, commercial, training, sales, marketing, estates and purchasing advisors.

Field-based support

We have field-based support teams covering business development, sales, marketing and commercial activities. Regional business development managers will also be on hand to help identify local business opportunities and come up with the right ways to exploit them.

Heavyweight backing

There are big advantages in being able to draw on the most recognisable brand name in the business. Having nurtured strong supplier relationships for over three decades, we can also negotiate the best deals for all our Franchisees. You can always count on strong financial and business support, from securing funding to discount bulk-buying.

Franchisee network

Best of all, you’ll be able to draw on a supportive network of fellow Franchisees, who are happy to pull together to share knowledge, experience and resources.

Case study: Prontaprint Basingstoke

Given the chance to take over an existing Prontaprint centre with guaranteed clients in a growing area, Paul and Andrea Goodrich didn’t think twice.

Paul and Andrea Goodrich, Prontaprint Basingstoke

Before taking over our Basingstoke centre in 2005, Paul and Andrea had already owned a print-on-demand Franchise for 10 years, before leaving to set up their own design consultancy in Spain.

When they decided to return home, the natural choice was to go back into Franchising. “We wanted to stay within the trade we know so well, so when the opportunity came along for Prontaprint Basingstoke, we didn’t hesitate."

Backed by the latest digital equipment, Paul and Andrea are already reaping the benefits.
